Then go as a convoy of rotary powered madness :D

Definatly!! We need to make the propper entrance!!

But where would be a good place to meet? I\'m wondering if Bluewater would be good, as its easy to find and only a short hop to the services?

I think you get the maps when you arrive if you paid in advance, although from reading up it sounds like they\'ve all gone. I guess if enough cars go it should be easy enough just to follow someone (Unless they decide to go home lol)

Well iirc it started from Ace Cafe last time so maybe meet somewhere near there? Then make our way to the services?
Either that or Redbridge... which is where the rx7s started from last time to make their way to Ace Cafe

here is a link to a few convoys from all over !

im meeting at Reading Jap meet place (medjeski stadium) at half 6 with 10 others or so then leaving at 6:45

then meeting people at south mimms... then off to thurrock!

weather looks good! sunny intervals all day saturday then mild temperture and cloudy in the evening!

A-z maps have run out so you have to supply your own, however the Maps of meeting points etc are still available but only to people who have paid to the charity website! see first post for details...

IIRC I signed on reasonably early... Maybe a set of GPS locations will suffice... log them all into a sat nav and chocks away

EDIT: just read on the website you don\'t get the maps until the night

was an excellent night, was deafened both ways through the blackwall tunnel the only time we made it through in the convoy, was like driving through fog with the fumes from the redlining skylines, evos, celicas and rex\'s, managed to meet one guy from here in the car park... the route through town wasn\'t very well thought up though, by the time we hit elephant and castle the convoy was all but scattered to all points of the compass.

managed to fight my way through to old street via bank, over london bridge and rotherhithe and onto greenwich and the dome... good night had by all... especially the lost ones... may still be stuck ina ring road around kingsway now! cheers to everyone at Miss Banzai and i hope there was a lot of money amde for the cause!

Any pics or videos anyone?

I went and really enjoyed it, especially the initial meet, I\'ve never seen so many jap cars in one place! Did spot a few other RX\'s but didn\'t see any owners to have a chat.

Once on the run we seem to have lost everyone by the blackwell tunnel, i don\'t think the lights that let 2 cars a time thru helped really with the convoy! We called it a night soon after but still had a great time, we took a few photos which i\'ll try and upload later...

Kash_

yeah was a good night for sure :D
