I know when new they are coloured to ensure you put them facing the correct way - either to the front of the block or the back.

Now if I\'m re-using old ones, how would I know I\'ve got the facing the correct way? I laid them out when I took them out of the rotors, but I can\'t be sure if the wife has moved them or not!!! LOL

Thanks for any help!

Don\'t reuse them. They\'re cheap enough

he coil goes the way the rotor spins

Jim_rx7

Ok... lol. and what way do the rotors spin? lol

Seriously though, if nothing wrong with them, then I will re-use.

Any more explanation on the above?

Also, if I were to buy them, where\'s the bext place that would have them instock? I got the side seal springs and corner seal springs from rxmotors, but they said they only had 2nd hand oil control ring springs.

Personally after going to the expence of a strip a few more ££ should not break the bank.  Worth to get them replaced.

I meant the actual springs, not the oil control rings themselves.

if you stand in front of the car,the motor turns clockwise, hence the rotors turn clockwise

Jim_rx7

Excuse my crude drawing here...

The tab that goes into the rotor, should that always be pushed, or pulled? (if that makes sense).

So if the rotor goes clockwise and this is the front face of the first rotor... is this how it should sit? Or the opposite way around?

in the above pic, things would obviously move clockwise.

thank you for your patience!!! :D

no. lol!!.......

Unless I can get them tomorrow, I\'ll be re-using these.

Jim_rx7

Who is most likley to have these instock if anywhere?

RobbieRX-7

Try rotechnics in reading. They sent me a front bearing next day when i did mine last year
