door speaker wiring??????

hi folks,just getting to the finishing stages of my ice install & tried to find a way of feeding wires through to the doors..........hit a bit of a wall.
i wanna feed them through with the original wires in the rubber conduit. does anyone know if this is possible? if so,any tips?
