cheap car  for £350 if it\'s still as tidy as it looks in these photos... the glass roof has got to be worth 100 quid by itself!

Found out the history, its been parked up in the dry since 1996!!! i think i was being a bit harsh on how rotten it is, its actualy not that bad it needs a Strip and underseal underneath the car, and the end of the sills welding up, i took a big hammer to it and the rest was surface rust, fuel pump is not working but with a inline leccy one it runs 110% fine I was Shocked at that!!

Hmm that news on brake + fuel hoses and the sill rot basically sounds exactly the same as Rexanne. If it had just been off the road for 6 months/ a year and just needed the clutch doing I\'d have had a punt I think, but there\'s no point having two project in exactly the same state!


But I have to say what a resource the club is Its awesome that 90% of the cars that turn up can be traced so we know ore what we\'re looking at and it takes the gamble factor out!

quite right... that\'s why it\'s so important that we feed any snipets of info to Dave so that he can record it all. Even if a car is already listed on his database, it\'s still important to track its movements and anything else we find out.

Looks like an offside SA light unit to me.

Looks tidyish with the usual areas falling foul of corrosion and body panels don\'t appear to have that many dings in them - wonder what it is like underneath in the culprit zones?
