Now Brett what do you think .................... Get it up here ...............

Brett

Ok, this car is located in an undisclosed location on the south coast, it\'s not really been on the road for years, but its immaculate and just needs taxing.  The current owner has had it for 16 years and has no intention of selling :King

Was very greatful to be shown around it :Thumbs-up

Very nice rex there Brett - let\'s hope it doesn\'t decide to get together with the Supra!

Has the owner used the rex since owning it or was it specifically bought to be in storage?

It\'s been used, and the owner has it on display in his showroom from time to time... the supra was brought about 10 years ago because it was cheap... however it was kept outside for too long and by the time they found space for it inside, the rust had take hold.  Ilve not had a proper look around it yet, but I doubt its terminal.

The Rex was brought to use - he just doesn\'t get a lot of time to drive the cars - but it\'s always maintaied etc.

Well I hope he has more time to enjoy it in the future - perhaps he already has too many toys to play with ?
Supra was a beauty in it\'s day, in fact put next to a Starion they were of a similar design if I recall correctly - I liked them both.

I\'m a bit too far for the tunnel run. Did consider in the FD last year with a stop over !

QuoteThanks very much Brett. Without giving too much, is that South Coast as in South East, Central South Coast or South West?
My simples location file that I upload from time-to-time works within those rough area categories so it would be useful to have rather than just \'Unknown Location\'.

I always thought the celica & supra looked alike, the starion had arch flares on it.
A friend had one of those supra\'s 2.8i decades ago when i had my 1st Fb,the rex left the supra for dead, especially on the twisty bits.
Bit of an overweight wallowy old barge supra\'s on corners, there tooooo big & toooo heavy.

Those 2.8i Supras looked nice from the outside until you got inside and then they were the epitome of 80\'s tack with that hideous digital dash.... nasty!
