they don\'t... only  tax or to a pre booked mot.... the old bill have a saying,
\'red on white, stop on sight\'... because they know the trade plate system is used as a cover for loads of con & use and RTA offences.

Nice looking motor but I doubt if it has powered steering and I don\'t ever recall seeing a rex with a tilt steering wheel - anybody else seen one?

I also noticed from the seller description that he had used this car for a long time as his daily runner yet had only owned it for about 6 weeks :Hammer
Is there something seriously wrong with this car - anybody have any idea?

Yes my guess too Ian.  I do remember the drivers\' seat was worn on the piping but that certainly wouldn\'t be an issue for anyone in my book.
Perhaps it just doesn\'t drive properly or feels wollowie - maybe someone \'in the know\' will post a reply?
