Quote from: CHC;755729OBL looks as if it could be a good buy for someone.
GTB - didn\'t that sell for about £150 - £200?  A true SA spoiled in my opinion with S2/S3 bumpers and rear spoiler but still got original alloys - could always fill the body holes in and change bumpers though?
WWB Elford could use it\'s bumpers and spoiler changing so she stands out as a true Elford.
As for the RED re-storation - think I\'ve just bought its\' nose cone :rollin
If you look at the back of the red re-storation photo, isn\'t that a black SA to the left and possibly a blue rx4 to the right?

In all it looks a right Ali Baba\'s Cave here!

And OBL has an export flag appeared against it on DVLA so may be gone by now......

I wish I knew a way to distinguish between exports to other parts of the British Isles (which I maintain on register) and overseas, (where I just note cars as \'exported\')

Quote from: BenRX;755731Off topic, but I drive past a blue fb most days in Limassol. It\'s for sale but I don\'t know how much or what condition the engine is it, also someone has clearly backed into the rear corner in a car park. Shame other than that looks a sound motor.

be interesting to have a look Ben. Thanks for the trouble.
Might be an export from here as a lot of Retiring Brits took their cars out there. My friends in Paphos did that with a Honda  coupe they had.

Cliff here\'s that black SA you spotted.
ta stu..

A very nice & unique TWR with low miles and always garaged - wow and let\'s be honest, the asking price really isn\'t that bad.  If I were in the market place I would be more than interested.

Hi Ben, many thanks for the pic mate. Can you tell us more details of it condition & price etc?
It doesn\'t appear to be that bad from a distance.  Is it a \'left hooker\' by chance and what sort of miles has it done.

I have no idea on mileage or price, the sale sign in window only has a phone
Number, it\'s right hand drive as we drive on left in Cyprus. Car seems in good condition but there is damage to rear offside light cluster and surrounding bodywork. I obviously also have no idea about thee engine
Condition. Sorry I can\'t be anymore helpful!

No worries Ben - just nice to get more information on these cars as there aren\'t really that many remaining in the UK so one day (hopefully not too soon) we might have to consider importing from Europe.
As for which side the steering wheel is, I just thought as it is closer to Europe it might have been driven across from say Italy.

I\'ve found s lot of cars from are either from uk or directly from Japan as Limassol is a large port and deep enough for container ships. The 323 I am looking at is direct from Japan, but the fd I was looking at was uk import. The insurance companies over here charge a large premium for lhd I think, so people avoid them. I think the only lhds over here will be classic cars (that you don\'t get in rhd) like mustangs, corvettes and the sort. Glad to be of assistance.
