Hi

Could anyone give me the dimensions of the gasket for the sump plug, I will be doing an oil and filter change soon and would like to have a new one ready.

Many thanks

Will :)

this would be handy for me too as im planning an oil change soon aswell, also is there any special way to do the oil on a rotary engine? or it just the usual routine, also can you use engine flush in it or is it a rather big no no

Hi gandyrx

I have done my oil and filter and you will need a 14mm (inside diameter) Gasket.

I cant say if you should use engine flush on these cars so cant really help there.

Get an oil drain plug like some of us on here :) it means a NO MESS oil change, and you don\'t even have to jack up the car :D

Engine flush is good for the valve train, pistons and keeps those hydraulic lifters happy....Don\'t forget that anything in the oil will be injected into the engine as well whilst that stuff is in there, it might enjoy eating rubber seals lol
