I owned a TVR Cebera 4.2 V8... was awesome in a straight line - crap in the twistys.
I moved to a K-Series Series 2 Lotus Elise 111s - great in the twistys - but no grunt.
I now own a Single Turbo FD3 - great in the twistys - serious punch in a straight line.

I was on course to get another TVR but after test driving a single turbo FD3 I knew that I had to have one.... plus dont be fooled that an Elise can be maintained cheaply - they are known to have many common failures....  

If you are ever near Bristol - come and try a decent, well setup RX7..

Fast and loud are good, can\'t say much on the baboons bum as I\'ve never had one

I get the impression the Audi conversion is what you want to be looking at over the Honda conversion on an elise.

i am torn, also as stated i need to drive more RX7\'s to compare properly as to date i have driven what seems to be a dog and i am comparing it with decent Lotus\'
