side sills?

I might need to replace my side sills or get someone to weld a patch in them as i have some rust there and a small pin hole which feels weak around it.

Can I get new sills? anyone know where i can get this done around the heathrow area? how much would it be aprox?

i would patch it if it is not to bad as removing the sill is a fairly sizeable job...the fd\'s are pretty well weather proofed so rust is rare...i can\'t magine it being to bad...
