Right, ive got two weeks to sort the car out. Advice please

right, sorted the fog light and change the spark plugs today.
the car feels a lot smoother and a bit more powerful.

anyway my dad said he thought the old plugs looked like the engine had been running a bit lean. I thought the car was running rich.

what do you think?






the the best pics but the tops of the plugs look a light brown/beige colour.


Also emissions, spoke to demon today and he said theres 3 screws he used to sort his. One was the idle screw, one was on the afm and the the 3rd was on the throttle i think.

Anyway he said to turn the idle screw down untill the engine was just about stalling, then adjust the others to make it run smoothly. Sounds all good and well but this could cause the car to run lean, which i dont want. Any info on this would be much much apriciated.

What plugs are those? rotary plugs don\'t have electrodes that stick out and look like this:

I had a Ford escort plug in mine, when i bought it  lol

They have to have consealed electrodes cause if they didn\'t they would hit the apex seals....

the plugs are sold on mazda rotary parts. And judging by clives experience with rotarys i think they\'ll do.
