Hi all,

Any ideas why my horn would stop working?

I\'ve checked the voltages across the horn push and it\'s registering just over 12V when the I press the horn push but it doesn\'t sound.

Are there any fuses to replace or does it sound like I need to replace the horn(s) themselves?

Cheers :)

Paul.

think there is a fuse for horn in drivers footwell ,right hand side sorry no room to work in down there without a struggle

One of mine stopped working but I tested and found that it\'s still getting power when pressing horn button - maybe need new horn?

Apparently there\'s a relay in the engine bay for it. Going to check that at some point :)

not sure about the FD\'s but it usual ends up being a earth, check where the horn is bolted to the frame (if you have room!)

if your horn stop working take viagra hahaha sorry yep check the earth on the horn button, there are two horns on the FD so cant see both of them not working, so check the fuse

Lol :) I disconnected one due to a short but thinking about it I reckon the other could be a bad earth at the horn itself.

Turned out to be the contacts at the horn itself :)

Thank you :) And I\'d even bought 2 horns to replace the stock ones....might still fit them cos they\'re shiny.
