Naughty colin

i read alot about tip seal size
example hurley engineering do 2mm and 3mm and 3.5mm
but what does it mean and how do i know what i need for my rebuild.

Carl

The stock apex seal sits in a slot in the rotor of 2mm,for 3mm or bigger the rotor needs the slot machining to suit. That is a very technical exercise to do it right as the corner seals need to line up still, and for bigger apex seals you need matching bigger corner seals too.
