Ok just received my new selonoid rack from the states so
Decided seen as iv recently poped a set of knight sports twins in and been getting 95% inj duties on at only .9bar thought it was time to upgrade the fueling system at the same time.
Fueling will be address via a new kgparts fuel rail, 1680cc injectors, Aeromotive FPR and some an6 braided fuel line.

1st pic is what is getting binned and 2nd pic is whats going in :D

Gonna be totally removing the rats nest, seen as the uim uses it for a support its time to start hacking the bracket off.

As you can see in the second pic the uim now has somewhere to anchor to.

Time to figue out where the solenoids are going to be mounted.
Finally settled on mounting them on the back of the uim.

2nd pic is what you can see between the bulkhead and uim when retro fitted.

Wow cool!.....are those the same twins as the ones JM-Garage has up for sale?.

How easy is this sort of work to carry out?, i dont mind dabbling with a set of spanners and quite handy with them.

Decided to finally rid myself of the 2nd set of butterflies as the set-up im  aiming for wont be using them.

To remove just drill the screws out in the butterflies and slide them out, the bar will then just slide from inside.
Tap the hole that the bar came out and pop a bolt in it with a little threadlock.

Removed the acv and made a plate to blank it off, if you make your own plate make sure you use some sturn stuff as you wouldnt want it warping and letting in some air that the ecu didnt know about :eek also use the metal gasket that the acv is mounted on, better yet buy one from one of the traders on here.

Kg parts rail fitted with 1680cc injectors, i will be using resistors as i fitted racelocigs traction control some months ago and this requires me to fit them.
Also as im doing away with the whole rats nest including the solid fuel lines thats attached to it, i will be going all the way though with an6 braded hose.

Decided to stick with the stock primarys for the time being, but seen as iv eliminated the whole of the spaghetti thats under the uim, there is now loads of room for me to fit a primary rail as well, maybe go with 700cc injectors if i cant dial out the transition between the primarys (550cc) and secondarys (1680cc)

hose is just laid out and not attached to the fuel lines yet
