Reading MRC for quite some time now and thought that it would be time to introduce myself and show you my FC:D

The name is Marc, 38 years old and living in the southern part of the Netherlands. Bought my FC NA 5 years ago. It was completely stock, did about 70.000 miles and the paint was in a rather sorry state. But no rust, it started right up, knew nothing about rotary but as it is with all my cars i owned in the past 18 years, when i get something in my head i have to have, i buy it:Tongue1.
Got to be a member of the dutch RX-7 club and i must say it\'s the most fun car i ever bought. Still puts a smile on my face every time i drive it.

When i got it it took me some days polishing it to get it\'s paint back, cleaned the interior and gave it a good service and i must say i never had big problems with it. I flooded it twice (due to poor knowledge) and once i had a problem with a ground wire and that\'s it:Thumbs-up. Drove it daily the first year but now i only use it for clubmeetings and on a sunny day for touring around.

The only things i changed are it\'s interior i swapped for a leather one, the wheels and i put on a strutbar.

Time for some pics:

This is how it looked after polishing it......before it was completely pinkish:(

This is how it looks now:

Me busy with my other project and my dog on the watch:chat:

Every year we go with the club to the circuit of Zandvoort. and last year i made a small film just to give you an impression:

On the 17th of August we go again:Thumbsup!

Cheers!

Hello Marc and welcome to Mazdarotary club.

Can I persude you to come over to Rotorstock see //www.rotorstock.com.

We have already 12 people and 7 cars coming over from Holland to our event, it would be good if you and some other rotary friends could come over and join us.

Thanx for the replies:)

I bought those wheels last year from a co-member of the dutch rx-7 club. As far as i know there is 1 more rx-7 in holland with the same wheels. Also there has to be a 626 but mine are in 16 inch so quite rare.....
They are genuine Mazda wheels, but i\'m told only sold in the U.S. and Japan but not certain of that.

I know about Rotorstock, some guys of our club are going. Not sure yet what i\'m going to do. Still thinking about it......
