have a american down pipe.

guys ave a american down pipe and turbo back system. but the down pipe wont fit i was told to just bend it in a vice or heat it up. what will i do to make it fit.

thanks bud ill do my best just seems like it hasnt been working right for me in a while i took the main parts of the engine to get chromed but now its just acting up and the water is going mad as well. like its air locked.
