Testing turbo controll solenoid

Hi guys,

I have used bobbits guide to testing all the solenoids and I think the turbo control solenoid is dead, however this is the one that is slightly different to all the other solenoids,

Can someone either run throught the exact test for it, or tell me exactly how it works?
