have you got an imp rotaheid, you in scotland?
i just feel if i cut the rear parcel shelf i have to add in extra strength=extra weight and as i said i want to maintain an old school racer look with not much clue to whats been done. i emailed atkins and they said the 48 dellorto ive got fits perfect so at the mo it looks the ticket.
you hillclimb or sprint? i am five minutes from kames sprint track and want to race at dounne and fintry.
cheers

RotorHeid

No, no imp and Yes, frae Aberdeen
I know Gerry frae Wick, he\'s built Rotary imp and used to do this forum but don\'t know his member list.
Yes, both since1992 with a FC 13Bbridgeports until it\'s blown up at Alford sprint in Oct 2006.
Awaiting for engine\'s part for PP motor( don\'t want go the "turbo") and Fintray\'s 5 min away frae me as well.
Good to see another rotary in Scotland cos it\'s nobody raced the rotary for years(just me!! )
Used have a 48 delly/racing beat for 13B 6ports( one of the best engine mazda ever made after TurboII/12A) but sold the items to MRC\'s member here.
hope to race the FC next year at Doune hillclimbs, never been there as lots of folks adviced me to go there  but the Doune\'s famous "the wall" can wreck the car in second!!.
Here\'s greamewight\'s Imp
