how much power can a standard rx7 diff handle?

ive just had my engine rebuilt and had a few extra things done to it they include:

street porting the engine and rotor housing
non sequential turbo conversion
front mount intercooler
racing alloy rad
removal of rats nest
racing cat
fitting of power fc and commander.

what kind of power would i be looking at? and can someone tell me how much im lookin at to have it mapped? as its over fueling. recommendations pls. i live in surrey/croydon

Well I know that the OEM FC oil cooler is good until 500bhp and I think its the same for the gearbox, I think the most you can get from stock twins is probably about 400ish so I think you should be ok with stuff breaking. I would check the duty cycle of the injectors as they max out at about 370bhp, but yeah just make sure you upgrade other things such as a radiator and brakes as well!

done the brakes and rad already.

if your running stock twins then your diff will be ok as long as your not draging it day and night...with the right set up you will probably see 350-380 hp...i think Brian Ellis is somewhere close to you....he could map it..or try the other tuners...i would add some water injection a better fuel pump and some better secondaries to be safe....last number i had for Brian was 07950693616....or his user name here is BNAellis i think. i guess for a tune up from scratch expect to pay from £250....
Definately want it mate but the dog has just died so will be getting the missus a new dog for christmas....
Sounds like a good deal but will have to ask the dragon first.....  :flamed  :spank
