Another issue: this time, electrical!

My ABS light is on on the dash. However, i am confident it is not technically the ABS at fault. Also not working we have the interior fans, interior light and the light on the air con button (ALthough the fans still come on if the air con button is pressed).

Does anyone know what these systems have in common? I used to get an intermittent problem occasionally when driving when the ABS light would flicker on, then stay on and once it did that the interior fans would fail in the same way. But back then, a flick of the ignition switch would sort it out. This time it\'s personnal.....permanent! :p

Oh, also bear in mind the ignition barrel has been swapped due to a break in I had. I have had suggestions that the issue and solution is to be found in this area, but haven\'t had much luck so far.
