Error Codes

Hello Peeps wonder if anyone can help , i am trying to read the error codes from a mazda rx-7 tt  , i got the led and the resistor but when i flick open the diagnostics cover there is no map to show where ten and gnd are does anyone have a diagramme of the diagnostics plug please.

the car starts and runs fine most of the time occasionally it will flood the engine when cold trying to start and when this happens have to take the plugs out clean them and disconnect the fuel pump and turn her over a little bit to flush the flood out. then reinstall the plugs and shell start then she does alot of back firing. it does pass an emissions test just though.

Any help would be much appreciated.

          1. have u looked under the diag cover that is where mine was
 
          2. i had a problem with flooding wen i left the car to stand for to long it was the batt (volt\'s) if u leve the car for to long charge the batt before u try to start it as u will flood the engine tring
 
          3. as for back fireing if u get the car started after flooding it
             the engine will have sum extra petrol in it and the rex has an
             automatic warm up prosess so it is pumping evan more fual in
             wich cude be the problem allways let the car warm up before
             driving it hope this helps m8:D

Hello Jukesr thanks for your reply , i shoudl have been more detailed , with regards to the back firing it backfires after a good run so no fuel left in the exhaust from the flooding sorry for not being clearer. the battery shows a full charge as the indicator on it is fine. i think it will be something stupid like a dodgy sensor or something , i have ordered a power fc to use as a diagnostics tool will get it sorted just wondered if anyone had this problem and if it was a common fault with the RX-7

Does this work with Apexi ECU\'s or standard ECU\'s only?
 
Are the codes the same and stored in the same way does anyone know ??
