Seat Install Help !

Ok bought some Corbeau aftermarket seats




now the issue i have is fitting these in - ok so i started off by taking off the frames from of the stock seats and trying to get them to mount on the new seats as the seats i received did have one universal plates - this did not work !

so my question is i know you get the universal mounts form Mazdarotaryparts - but these apparently do need modifications - what kind of modifications would be needed for these to fit ?

Or should I not bother with these and attempt to make something myself - I was thinking of taking of the mounting parts from the stock seats and getting them welded onto to the brackets that have come with the seats( were for a escort)
