Battery Relocation earth point?

Hey peeps, well have everything now to fit the battery into the boot, iv read that you can earth the bat off the fuel pump? does anyone have any pics of what to earth it to plz.. also guna take pics of the pump cus i think its uprated

I earthd mine to the fixing point of the hinge for the rear seat rest... work sweet on mine!!

You can earth it to anywhere you like
Not sure what you mean about earthing of the fuel pump though?!

If you can\'t find a good bolt that\'s already there, just drill a new hole, emery paper the paint off around it, sticka  bolt through, and bolt the terminal to it, then cover with grease. Job done

ahh right so anything in the boot should earth it then? nah i read somewhere that u cn use the earth thats on the fuel pump? was a while ago so prob got it wrong.. kewl.. off i go in the snow

Any metal point of the structure of the car will work fine.

so just connect the negative from the battery to the chassi... kk .. cheers

I earthed mine to a few points just to be on the safe side

yes looper earth any where to chassis not fuel pump the cleaner the earth the better as its inside and not prown to rust so much i cleaned up one of the rear seat mounts and went for that just try to keep it short as poss
