Any advice really appreciated.

Hi

Are this company any good to you? They can make up pretty much any hose with the fittings you require. They\'re likely to have a branch close to you as well so you can just pop in.

See the attached link to their Automotive catalogue.

Hope it helps.

I work for pirtek mate.
Which hose are you talking about? The oil feed on the top of the turbo or the drain on the underside?
Does the banjo you require screw into the turbo itself?
What turbo are you using?

Pirteck don\'t really have the bigger sizes for banjos. If it is a small bore pipe they should sort you out.

Try //www.thinkauto.co.uk if it is a special size. Ring the sales team because their range is huge.

I had one made up from thinkauto, problem is its a little bit too small, the bore is ok for the banjo but the width of the banjo means the bolt wont tighten up properly...  This was a custom made hose and it wasnt cheap.. aronud 40 quid if i remember for all the fittings and braided hose..

With two washers its ok, but I dont know if thats gonna hold or not ;)

Let me know how you get on because I may need a replacement..

Would have thought you would be ok as long as its copper washers. Are you sure you got the metric version and not the Imperial version ? Would have thought the width would have stayed constant !

Thanks for the replies everyone.
I think i need to be more specific,iv\'e got the braided hose and the correct attachment to the turbo oil feed on top of the turbo,it\'s the connection to the OE banjo on the front plate of the engine that im struggling to find.
I dont think you can use the original banjo because it has the old hardpipe oil feed welded to it ,so i assume everyone changes this for an aftermarket item?.
