as for the kit. i received invoices from veilside.com, the packagig was from veilside, everypannel was laminated with veilside on the underside, i haveve all the badges etc etc......................... how can this kit be a fake? and if it is hats off to whoever hacked veilsides email address and faked not only a kit to amazing standards but also all the packaging and invoices too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a grudge along with about 50 others on SL (thats street-legal) forums ,problem is with jamie ,is he thinks he knows it all ,and that the parts he uses are top quility, when in truth there total gash,if the guy had harf a brain he know that (you get what you pay for) and buying cheap xs power parts ,and then having the cheek to say his cars gonna be better than anyone elses .....
ive got nothing against gay people ,ive got 2 gay mates myself ,and before you ask im straight.
but jamie seems to rub the gay bit in everyones face ,and then people get the hump!!! then he starts saying ..(o is it coz i gay) ect ect...
like i was saying before the guys on here dont no the harf of whats bin going on with jamie and his billy bull**** , so slagging me off when you do not no the facts ...is a bit of a cheek

get the facts then make up your own mind, as for the fortune jamies building ,the only thing i was bothered about was the build being dog**** and giving the kit a bad name , as everything he does is cheap ,even the kit isnt a real one ,ist that right (JAMIE)

i used to use RGS motorsport till they changed hands ,then i had my 205 gti blown up by them at the time ,and now the good rep is all but gone...
aswell as the guy who run\'s the place being another no it all !!

Dispite what everyone is saying about the kit being fake and whatever. Its a great looking car and some serious money, time and effort has gone into it! congrats on having the balls to take up the challenge! I\'m serious jealous :p

no way is anyone going to rip off the veilside fortune kit - there\'s too much work involved plus covering prices for the moulds and then if you can\'t supply the headlights you\'re screwed - lets be honest theres a reason they call at FORTUNE kit lol.

We\'re don\'t really care what your problem with Jamie is but your constant, pathetic, digs at him and his car are getting very very boring.

While I don\'t doubt there are in fact fake kits out there, the likelyhood of one being available in the UK already is quite low as there are so few fortune kits over here to make the moulds from and even fewer people who want them! The problem here is that jamie_supra has posted a progress report which is interesting to those of us who like to follow projects. I personally don\'t like the fortune kit at all, but I have a lot of respect for anyone who wants to go to the effort of installing one as it is a LOT of work! Jamie has said repeatedly that it is not a fake kit and unless there is evidence to the contrary I don\'t see the point in just contradicting him. The point of this thread is that we can see how his project is progressing not so that people with an axe to grind can post negative comments about the person who owns the car. There is a difference between constructive criticism and abuse and I feel certain contributions to this thread fall into the latter.

Can we please get back to the car now?
