i just wanted to know whats the most you can get out of the stock twins with keeping it safe and whats the best way to do this? i have looked at the stock twin thread but some people have done things to the turbos! but i just want my stock stock!

Upgrade your pfc and get it tuned. Upgrade your cooling system and make sure you keep it well looked after and you will be fine.

The stock twins can run up to 1 bar for a bit of time and can give you quite a bit of power. But anything higher than about 0.85bar requires quite alot of mods and stresses quite alot of things. Anything past 1bar is just hot air and the turbos don\'t last very long. The late spec turbos are supposed to cope better but are harder to get hold of.

As shaunwil says, PFC or a similar mappable ECU is the key here. Other than that and the upgraded cooling system (always a good idea), look at the downpipe, cat, exhaust and potentially an uprated SMIC or even a FMIC if you only want to keep the turbos standard and are happy to mess about with the rest of the car. Oh, and obviously a K&N or similar for the airbox...

well i was looking to go v-mount and get a koyo(or similar) alreaddy have a kakimoto exhaust system well cat back but might be changing!

forgot to log out of team before.
uprated fuel pump a good move also .I am running additional 550\'s plumbed into plenum on mine so 550\'s primary plus 850\'s + 550\'s so 1400\'s secondaries, pulls 305rwhp 360 fly
