What is this wheel?

What type of wheel is this, is it just a 99 spec one or off another mazda model??

I dunno what it\'s off, but looks like from the little tag a Nardi. Probably a special edition or from a high spec rx7.

I think it\'s an original  late model RX-7 wheel, could be 2001 or later
