refiting NOT the reversal of removing

I removed my front 99 spec front spliter using  a small to medium sized mamall and am trying to find a replacment.
 
where can i get one ?? and how much should i expect to pay.
also a 99 spec front bumper as this was damaged and i just fixed it but it was spider cracked all over so realy not worth keeping.
both these things were fiberglass ? is that right???
presumably these were copies or do they come as fiberglass?
i cant find a bumper or spliter (but i can never find anything).

As it says in Haynes manuals....... refitting: reverse of removal!!

Did you not try reversing across the small - medium sized mamal for refitting:Hammer  Looks like your going to have to do it the time consuming way now & get your hands derty!!!!

Do you want an OEM item or aftermarket? All 99 spec OEM were plastic btw, so yes yours sounds like a copy.

im not fussed on oem or coppy tbh.
if theres not much difrence in price id rather oem but if its a lot cheaper and half decent quality id take fibberglass.
