welcome to the forum. Theres a few of us here in IT.

if you get an Rx remember that you will need a petrol station that sells 99 ron or optimax! dont know how close you will be to one.

up in scotland you have nice windy roads, and in that sorta playground id defo go for a modified twin turbo. You will need instant acceleration and tbh you wont be able to drive a big single very quickly without having to try and keep it on the boil and that might make it a bit scary on narrow roads!

i dont know how you scottish owners manage your FD\'s in all that rain?!!!

Good luck in the hunt for a nice FD.

You can always park the Volvo in another street and walk round.............lol.

dboy

oh cr4p thats done it, told the missus about the volvo.... she wants to know how old you are and your real name, cuz she lived here for all her life before she moved to leeds to live with me a couple of years back. She\'s always been in to her cars so she might know ya.

She used to have a rover coupe with a k-type engine.

I\'ve only lived here for a year and a bit mate, stayed in Dundee before that.

Alot of my family live around here, cousins uncles and the like.

My name is Neill Forbes, hence the n4bes.....................................lol.

Sounds good mate i live in sunny portobello which is just 10 mins away. mines a 94 import totaly standard. would give a good idea of how far you want to tune yourself. do you work saturdays?
Phil

RedRummy

Welcome mate!! you\'ve come to the right place.

Welcome dude... ashame you moved away from Leeds dude, bit unfortunate you moved to Scotland of all places sheesh! (joking lol). Building a rex is not as cheap as you think as you can get seriously carried away with it! If you can control yourself then you should be ok. A small/mid sized single should be good for Scottish roads as they are mint up there! Single\'s are awesome, put a smile on your face when you hit boost! More then welcome to come check out Rixio\'s lol :Laugh. Seriously though cant beat a big single on boost although be aware that you will stop thinking that you are driving fast after a while.

Mims - Yeah not expecting it to be too cheap to get the car i really want to end up with but hey I am ready for that. Well I Still own another house down Leeds way do maybe next time i am down I could arrange to see Rixio\'s ;-) as far not thinking I am driving fast after a while, you should scroll up and see i just sold a 744 and i ride a Ducati 998 fella ;-) say no more, say no more nudge nudge, wink wink.... Cant beat Snakes pass flat out !!!

rico2k_uk
