excessive knocking

ok guys,

this one is foxing me,

newly rebuilt single turbo FD, now it knocks, but the strange thing is it only gets a knock of 9 under boost, well it was only tried once. new plugs etc, all seems in good working order, wondered if anyone has seen this before and can put there finger on it.
