Jimjitsu\'s non seq convo

So here i go again... after afew weeks of persuasion jim convinced me to help him with his non seq conversion even though im currently ill i still decided what the fook :Thumbsup!

The day started well and with many cups of tea supplied by himself and his missus things went swimmingly

Day 1.
The begining!

sure is the full conversion, i had sort of posted a more indepth thread when i did it to my car, the thread is called "on going project", has info about manifold, precontrol + Y pipe modification

have u already got the wastegate ported n that bud? or do u not need to do that?

that will be done tomorrow with a pillar drill, grinding bit and loads of oil!!

Day two in the big brother garage...

Jim decided to visit John to convert his turbo\'s



they are stripped while John decided to get to work grinding and welding up the manifold (yes thats right, actually working instead of taking pictures and drinking tea!!)



Disaster strikes for Jim while dismantling the turbo\'s
on removal of the primary to gain access to the wastegate we fine alot of fuxxored fins



PLAN B NOW IN EFFECT!!!

After helping Jitesh remove his engine we finally got access to the gold! spanky Garret T04E DP + Wastegate



Finally after 4 hours we are back at Jims and ry to crack on with getting this mother installed



Things once again take a turn for the worse as the turbo sucks in a passer by...



and finally install almost complete.



finnishing bits still to be done tomorrow but hell what a change of direction...
