V-band to 4-bolt adaptor??

Hi all,
 
My new turbo and wastegate have arrived today:) . One problem the exhaust manifold I\'ve bought has got a 4-bolt flange for the wastegate, an the wastegate has got a v-band clamp. Can you buy a adapter to fit the two together?

Have a 4 bolt flange made up and welded to the turbine housing.

Thats what I need but it\'s to go between a Tial 44mm external wastegate and the exhaust manifold.
The wastegate comes with a flange, so think i\'m gonna cut the 4-bolt flange off the manifold and weld the v-band on, the cheapest option!
