no im not. but reworks mapped it  according to the paperword not long ago at the cost of several hundred quid. so.... im guessing its ok????
saying that there is so much about the car i didnt know. found that its set up for drifting lol

Why would you \'guess\' that its going to be ok when you have increased the boost over what it was set to when you got it? :Nono! Why dont you turn it back down to whatever it was set to? might get another 4000 miles from the rebuild that way ;)

If you want to run more boost take it to some one to get it checked out and setup for higher boost. Messing about with the boost controller on the basis of \'guessing its ok????\' its to be polite, a bit silly.

basically give reworx a call and ask them what its mapped to, they will have a record on thier dyno computer.

if you then want to up the boost you can but go back to them and get it remapped this should only cost an hours labour or whatever and not hundreds.

that way you enjoy the power safely, guessing is always bad so anything to do with the car just ask someone on here etc first rather than assume :)

true true. iv come from supras where you just up the boost and the ecu automatically corrects everything else!

yup i know supras well too so i guessed plus i do that factor with those cars but be assured these cars are far more delicate but also far more specialist and rewarding.

looking in the region of £95 including delivery ( these sell in the uk for £107.50 + delivery
