not to sure bud, this was for an evo 5 2 years ago when there was no model report, thinking about it im wrong, it was 3k for a 1 off report and around 6k for the one you could lease out..

The enhanced SVA scheme is applicable to all other vehicles, any vehicle that can not show compliance to an acceptable standard will need model reports.    For example, compliance can be found on the deregistration documents on Japanese market cars for all items except noise and emissions, and unless the car is over ten years old a model report is required.    If these numbers are not present on the deregistration then the vehicle shows no compliance and registration is almost impossible.

All vehicles submitted to ESVA are required to be in standard form with no modifications which would affect the car from its original state, i.e. exhaust system, induction system, different wheel size etc.  

Any vehicle that can not prove compliance with its documentation will require the full range of requirements, these being protective steering, exhaust emissions, seat belts (including anchorages and installation), brakes and noise and silencers, which basically makes a vehicle without any compliance uneconomic to bring into the UK.
