5 beeps, I know what it is now, possible to stop it??

When I start my car I get a series of 5 beeps which repeats 3 times.

For ages I didn\'t have a clue what it was and thought it was something to do with my alarm system. The other day there I was looking at my sunvisor, where it had information about the airbag system.

It says if a series of 5 beeps go off, then you need it looked at. I have an aftermarket steering wheel, so obviously this is why it\'s happening.

My question is.... how do I stop it?? lol. It\'s annoying!!!!

Get a auto electrician to stick a resistor in the airbag wiring which is going to the Steering wheel.  if may then stop beeping, or may need to be reset with diagnostic equipment,
