Centre Brake Light....

Evening guys,
 
Question for you, i have a 92 UK FD13 which doesn\'t have a centre brake light,  just blanking plates where the bulbs should be :3Confused
 
Do the Later models or Japanese models have these and does anyone have one with the centre brake light they dont want or know where i can get one or modify the original ??

I have a 92 and its got a brake light in the center section.
I have one you could have for 20 quid but I would want yours in exchange.
Do you have the electrical connector in the boot.

Dont have any electrical connections in the boot mate....

I can confirm that UK models have blanking plates in the centre break light. I can confirm this as I have 1 UK model and 2 Jap models.

I\'ve installed it before, its very very easy to do.

Its easy to install the lights into the middle, but it must be wired into the wiring loom under the wiper water bottle, which requires removing the boot panels.

You don\'t require to replace the centre unit, all you need is I believe 3 or 4 bulb sockets and some wires and  you can make it up  yourself. (or just that part of the loom from another car)....

Thank for the reply Joeh, i\'m not too bad at wiring myself but thanks for the offer, and am also in the midlands so would be a bit of a trek for you tbh...
 
Will try and source some bits then and get it done
 
Oh yeah and with the extra 3 bulbs in there would it need a different size fuse by any chance ??
