Right a Quick Question

Now im not going to Mount the Gauges in the AIr vent thing i need to really replace the broken bit !!

any idea on the best way of removing this bit??
also the best place to buy a 2nd hand/new one

Hard to get to do i have to go throught the Vent or is it underneath

My rex is missing one, so a previous owner decided to remove the one next to it to match. I hope he doesn\'t work in a hospital!
