Alarm issues

Okay so ive wired in my profec b spec 2... It works fine but as soon as i close the car and hit the alarm i get either a constant beeeeep or an intermittent beep from the bonnet, ive been having to lock the door manually and let the imobiliser kick in.  The thing is, when i key the ignition again my milage has reset itself as if the battery was disconnected, my alarm is a cobra and any insight into this problem would be most helpful !!

sounds like the feed for the live has been taken from the same place as u are def loosing the live feed each time for the milometer to reset..the beep could be telling u u have a fault

Im going to disconnect the BC try the alarm again and if it works then find a different power point for the profec, always with the issues!

Sorted, was a 15a fuse in the box had to swap my air con fuse with it but no hastle
