Should this be connected ???

while i was fitting the New front bumper over the weekend i noticed a couple of wires coming from the Air compressor thing that had been covered in Electrical tape then, i found another set.

here is the wire i mean (not my engine by the way !)



both wires have bullet conectors on them, should these be connected ?

and if they are any ideas why the previous owner would have disconnected them

If its coming from the air pump directly then its not required.

unless your running a cat, then you will be over heating the cat & you will probably fry it in a very short period of time!!! also your idle will be a big pile of poo unless you have a power FC!!
