Actually i had trimmed down from before as was too heavy, was 17st 4 now down to a slimmer 16st 5 as needed to reduce weight for my knee problems when playing footy as had ligament damage most likely from all the weight on the knee :Nono!

So there !!!!! :Laugh  Same power though so dont be cheeky :Ladys-man
