Could anyone shead some light on what it might be got the car to boost fine on first turbo but on change over to the second turbo it will only boost to about 0.6 on the gauge thinking about doing The Poor Mans Non-Sequential Setup so would love any help on what might be wrong.thanks.:xconfused :xconfused :xconfused :xconfused :xconfused

boost leak buddy, have a loo around the rats nest for any split pipes

Looked at it changed loads but still no right boost just stays at 0.6

Joe im in a similar boat, im going to double check all the one way valves on my car tonight. it boosts good on the first and nothing much on the 2nd. and i cant hear an awfull Hiss at idle or while on boost (other than what i think is the turbo noise) :Hammer

Yours probably isn\'t a boost leak. You\'re loosing too much on second, and nothing on first, so doubt it\'s a boost leak. Maybe the wastegate control perhaps?

perhaps i was under the UIM over the weekend only replaced the boost controll solenoid , heinsight i should have repalced them all! although good thing is im useing silicone hoses now so i can probebly do it all in situe :Laugh

i always thought the first turbo boosted 0.8 and the second boosted to 0.6?!?!

Thats what mine is currently doing and always has?

This is with the standard ECU and stuff is it?

No, standard boost pattern is 10-8-10 psi, which equates to 0.68-0.54-0.68 bar. Yours is slightly over, then slightly under.

oh poop, well my boost guage isn\'t the most accurate.. bounces around all over the place.. and rattles alot to...so maybe it isn\'t reading to well...
