Dash Illumination Colour

Quick one.

Any one know if its possible to change the colour of the dash illumination from the greenish tinge without replacing the dial facess.

I\'m after a bright white.

It is but it\'s not that simple.  There\'s a thread on RX7club from a chap who did it with LED\'s to match his defi gauges...

Hi bud,

The dash illumination is a series of very small side light type bulbs.  When I changed the colour of mine (to red) I wanted to buy the bulbs (there are about 25 however!!!), but no joy in finding coloured or clear ones so I bought side light bulb paint from Halrauds Ripspeed and painted over the existing ones.

They do a few other colours, however you will always be painting over orange which will affect the colour.  Blue would be easy enough to achieve:)
