This guy has done a lot of his own fabrication and produced a rather cool looking FC

Check the thread over on rx7club.com

Hats off to Zbrown - excellent piece of work :yes

i\'ve followed this thread, some really good work, he\'s running high comp rotors on this aswell.   Really quick project build time, i wish i had the spare time this guy has.
400 BHP - 650 KG\'s = 616 BHP Per Ton of Rotary Power

That\'s the way to do it! :Thumbsup!

I found this thread about the 3rd page in, but I\'ve been following it since then.  The work on this car is excellent - and he\'s trying some new ideas as well.  Would love to know what size those 2 injectors are !

interesting thread ...  Has given me lots of ideas too :)

i love the way he mounted the rew engine in the the FC,   bolted a rear plate to the gearbox, and whereever it landed he welded a flat bar accross the subframe and bolted the engine too it.  I have seen some real funky mounts made to fit rew engines in FC\'s but this is the easiest and best way i have seen, and no need to buy solid engine mounts!

photos already snagged of the alternator mounting and the inlet adapter ... it\'s spooky really as look at the bits i have sat on my desk at the moment for the 323 :D just waiting for the engine to go back in so I can mock it up for welding.

Can\'t understand why he cut down the inlet of the turbo like that though?

That thing is a monster!!!!! nice thread i miss this one !!

Probably done to reduce engine shake - he\'s done something with the front of the diff as well - solid mounted to stop scuttle shake and hopping.  He seems to get some really good launches with it.

No - that didn\'t make much sense to me either - but he\'s managed to get a filter on it !:cheers   It\'s a guess, but it was probably to help clearance it from the bonnet - that thing is mounted quite high!
