Old & tired interior!

any of you fountains of knowledge out there know of a good way to spruce up the interior panels (centre console around the gear lever, heater control surround,dial surround etc.) without it costing the earth? mine are silver & look a bit second hand by now. i\'m a new rex owner in wolverhampton & there does\'nt seem to be many places round the west midlands that can help with what i like to call "highly specialised cars" like ours & prices on sites like rotaryart for new replacement ones are a bit steep. by the way, how do i become a full member on here?, also, are there any other rex owners near me? cheers.:3gears-rh :cheers

could always do what im doing at the moment, take panels out (easy enough) sand em down (800 grade for me) 1 coat plastic primer, couple normal primer, and then the color of your choice maybe a coat or two of laquer. wouldnt cost overly much.

hiya bud , you wanna get them all rubbed down and have em sprayed into 2 pack black or even silver again if thats your liking , if you could post em me i do loads of spraying for mates with rex\'x , dont charge the earth :0)

prob best to just repaint them yourself mate, thats what most do on here. Welcome to mrc by the way. Is yours a black fd with huge rear wing by any chance? Think i saw you pulling into the car wash on the penn road a week or 2 ago? Never seen it around before.

Hey D-King.. do you have the time to do mine in perl white? How much will you charge (dash + door parts)? but I\'m very picky that it has to be done perfectly, but I won\'t deny the amount you ask.. unless its ridiclious

what do you class as pearl white mate ? that looks more like just plain white on the pic ? if thy arnt perfect then i wouldnt charge you for them put it that way
