No, not the dump valve sound... its on the intake...

When I boot it and am on boost the turbos spooling makes a kind of chirping or clicking noise (more clicking than chirping really)

I happens more on the first turbo than the second.... and it reminds me of the noise you\'d get if there was a bit of plastic touching the turbo rotor fins as they spin round... *click* *click* *click* increasing in speed as the turbos spin up faster...

Had a quick brainwave that it could be something to do with the air intake (faulty air filter on the intake???)

 :( :xconfused :eek (smiley overload)

i have the same but i think... it went away when i removed my boost controller and then came back. now i think its the solenoid - boost conrol valve for the boost controller.

interested to know though.

do you have the profec ebc ?

it is the greddy solenoid that makes that noise at it opens and closes to control boost..

RedRummy

dunno what profec ebc means LOL...

But my original spec did say it had a Greddy VVC - never did find out where / what that was LOL... could that be it?

It hasn;t always made this noise..
