disconnecting battery with apexi pfc

I\'ve been told the pfc will remember it\'s mapped settings(not base) if you disconnect the battery...Can anyone confirm this?
I\'ve got to fit a new clutch (which is dear enuff) on my fd so, got to remove starter and hoping i don\'t need another mapping session!!!
Might get a memory saver to make sure.
Can anyone help?

it WILL remember its map so no need to get it re-tuned after

Yep you should be ok, you have to reset it in the extras menu to loose the settings. I\'ve taken battery off alot of times
