auto engine into manual.

Will a complete engine removed from an auto FD fit straight into a manual FD?

Obviously will have to change flex plate for flywheel and i know there are differences in the vac chest.

What im asking is if there is anything i have to change to make it work in a manual e.g. vac chest mods? counter weight change? etc?

Pilot bearing and make a mounting bracket for the starter. Also gearbox loom.
