Can anyone help me. Can somebody go out to their car if you have a HKS Super Drager and have a look down it?
As my car pops and bangs a lot and sometimes gives me odd issues where im thinking the cat or muffler may have collapsed.
When i look down mine i can see a weird gauze cup thingy but its not in the centre and it looks like its collapsed and dropped to the bottom of the box. Can anyone tell me what they can see/ show me a pic.
This is really urgent so would appreciate all help!
Thanks

You can\'t see through the middle of the box on a Super Drager, it sort of tunnels off downwards. Hope that helps :)

Yeah my one tunnels off downwards too. Just thought it looked like it had collapsed but if this is normal then thats fine.
I only asked because my car bangs and pops so much! If i rev it up to 1100 rpm, and then fluctuate it to between 1100rpm and 1000rpm it will bang at least 2-3 times every time i let go of the throttle. It also does this if i rev between 1400 and 1500 rpm. My car is running stock power so im sure it shouldnt bang this much?

My popped a fair amount and I only had that exhaust with stock cat, downpipe and HKS filters...I like it :)

The Super drager built for the FD\'s are restrictive due to the u bends in the muffler can, and restrict the power.

i have a s. dragger and its not a good performance exhaust in terms of flow. like has been said, inside the can its not straight through like most, i have a hks down pipe and a wgt scilenced de-cat. when pip was mapping it he commented on how restrictive it was and that it was holding my boost back. but i think it looks good, sounds good, and i\'m not forking out for a different one....just yet. however the pipe work is only mild steel so it will only be a mater of time.

I remember your car, Adie. Pip and i were commenting on the difference between your drager and mine, as mine is off an R33 GTR. 3.5 inch inside diameter and straight as they come.

odd that the internals differ from car to car by the same make but i have heard this before, im changing mine tomorrow but it is generally a good exhaust.
