Hi guy\'s my mate has just bought his first rx7 an wants to know an estimate on bhp or what it can go up to, for the spec provided. Thanks

TBH it don\'t tell you alot, There is no Fuel Info? also What Side port? Is it an Extended or bridge??

The Turbo etc can give you some good numbers with the right Map, Not sure about the two way Intercooler i\'m guessing you mean 2 layer or Core There not bad but the Three is the way to go.

I\'m also guessing it must have been rebuild recently if its been ported, the Compression will have a Direct Influence on the power it produces.

Give RE:WORX or WGT a ring and book it in for a power run as they both have rolling roads. He will know then what it\'s got and it will be at a Rotary specialist. HTH.

Its still in japan, but soon as it lands its going to a specialist to be tested.

400+ atfw if he\'s got fuel to support mods. All depending on tuning, boost and state of engine/turbo.

Side port could mean PP !!!

hehe there could be some serious power eminating from that engine

Side port is usually what the Japanese us to describe the street/extended port.  

My car was advertised in Japan as having a side port.

I\'ve been told engine was re-built 10,000km ago an thats when it had all the mods fitted as well as the turbo. I\'ll get pics

a well ported engine and that turbo with the right housings could see as much 400 rwhp 1 bar with fueling and cooling to match.  Of course, if the exhuast housing is small and the porting on the engine small with no fuel mods it could be as low as 320 rwhp at 1 bar.

I say 1 bar because that seems to be the norm for road use amongst most rx7 owners.
