Hmm, makes an interesting read anyway! My thoughts would be for hairyhoover to know who he paid the money, and go much in the same way as he is, see what his legal rights are. If it is the sellers responsibility, they should have no option to put the car right or refund the money paid for it. If they dont, its time for the small clains court. If it isnt there responsibility, sorry mate but youve been unlucky. just my 2p worth.

Not quite Jon, think if you had nothing to do with your life and looked through all threads relating to problems like this you will find your very own Posse:2Rolleyes  Deduct comments from those on this thread and you would have something more constructive to look at, sure I use REworx have done since they have existed I have also used most of the other vendors, any problems I have had I have managed to sort one way or the other without going public.
I truly feel sorry for Darren and have made enquires on his behalf, if and when paperwork is produced I think you will find this has nothing to do with REworx, they I think have been stitched just as much as Darren, but hey as stated before it makes good reading - how tragic is that?:3Confused

I think this thread has run it\'s course and should be closed.
It is not of any benefit to anyone from this point on.
Maybe it should even be removed as it is only giving bad publicity now to the club,rotaries and a specialist,who it is very difficult to pin the blame on anyone directly or indirectly.Maybe it was just one of those things.

I have had a couple of chat\'s with Darren,and I am sure that many of us will help him to rebuild his engine himself,this is the way forward.

Come on everyone,let\'s pull together to help Darren enjoy his car as it is meant to be!

You have to remember thread was here to try to help Hairyhoover but has now become a slanging thread so will now be closed, please try to keep it civil guys, we are not here to point fingers and make judgement calls without proof.
